Six Sigma Green Belt

Leads a medium to small scale process improvement project usually within a function or in a certain process only. A Green Belt may or may not work directly with the Black Belt in doing a project. Green Belt training is designed to allow a Green Belt to do an in-depth analysis of a process and recommend effective solutions. Engineers, Supervisor, Junior Managers and the likes are selected as Green Belt candidates.

Six Sigma Black Belt

Manages and leads a cross-functional large to medium scale project. Acts as mentor to Green Belt who may be working on smaller scale project.  Black Belt has an in-depth understanding of the Six Sigma Body of Knowledge necessary to develop breakthrough improvement in a process. Generally acts as the change agent. Senior Engineers or Supervisors, Managers and the likes are best for BB.

Six Sigma Yellow Belt

Yellow Belt is a team member of a Six Sigma project team who can participate in data collection and brainstorming sessions of the team. Yellow Belt is trained of basic tools in Six Sigma designed for Technicians, operators, staff, and executive assistants and the likes.

Our 360 Disaster Risk Reduction program is designed to educate and train people to minimize the impact of a disaster, to analyze safety, security, policy and physical risks, and to provide practical knowledge of disaster responses including first aid and basic life support during emergencies.

1. Building and resource audit

A team of professionals would go to your institution and using set standards such as:

  1. Occupational Safety and Health Standards

  2. Fire Code of the Philippines

  3. Protection of Assets Manual


would conduct an audit, and provide a report consisting of observations and list of recommendations in order to minimize risks and exposures to disasters. This report will be the basis of a customized training and workshop for disaster preparedness.

This audit/survey is vital in knowing your deviances to standards and know what your status is in terms of safety to help you plan for your institution.

2. Disaster preparedness seminar

 A workshop will be conducted for emergency mitigation, emergency preparedness and response. This shall include the following topics:

  1. Current status including studies, statistics, pertinent reports such as the MMEIRS report that are relevant to increase awareness and guide preparation

  2. Nature of emergencies

  3. Emergency management

  4. Standards

  5. Needs – training, equipment

  6. Preparation and planning  

  7. Creation of an Incident Command System


We shall also touch on personal and home preparedness, which shall help ensure the safety of your personnel. Aside from practical tips on how to prepare for disasters individually, family and of course your company, we will also guide you as a community in starting your disaster manual, which should of course be accompanied by recommended training and equipment. And other seminars needed to ensure a safe and secured environment.

3. Emergency Medical Service Training

 There are a lot of trainings needed, all of them will take weeks or months to undertake so that you will have your own brigade but we do need to prioritize, and we always put life safety as our topmost priority and so, being a valued partner, we will also include emergency medical service training which will include first aid and basic life support. We will also design the module that is easy to understand especially for those with no medical background.

CPR mannequin and other EMS equipment will be used to expose participants with equipment used in the field and to asses and monitor skills for emergencies.

EMS training will include the following:

  1. Emergency action principles

  2. Head to toe examination

  3. Pulse taking

  4. First aid treatment for certain wounds

  5. Methods of transferring a patient

  6. CAB of basic life support

  7. Heimlich maneuver

  8. CPR for children and adult


4. Training and Simulation Workshop

After the audit, disaster preparedness seminar and EMS training, we will create a scenario and let your ICS (DRR participants) apply the skills from the training and workshop. We will also include basic search and rescue training in this process. There will be a standard of at least 2 runs – first with the guidance of our team while the second one will just be the company’s ICS (DRR participants) in order to assess their knowledge and challenge their abilities.
